HOW WE RUN TABLES

How tony99 Keeps Live Roulette Fair

Every live roulette table in our lobby streams from a studio where the physical wheel and ball are used — there is no software random number generator driving the outcome. Provider audit trails, bet limits, and round records are all accessible from within your account session so you can verify what happened on any round.

Certified Studio Streams

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live use physical wheels monitored by optical sensors. Every spin result is logged server-side, and the video record is retained for dispute resolution.

Round History in Account

Your full roulette bet history — table name, round ID, bet amount in RM, outcome — is stored in your account transaction log and can be reviewed any time after the session ends.

Provider RTP Disclosure

Where Evolution or Pragmatic Play Live publish RTP figures for a specific roulette variant, those figures are shown on the table info panel. We do not display figures the provider has not published.

Secure Account Access

Your account session is protected by SSL encryption and OTP verification at login. Switching from mobile to desktop mid-session does not require you to log in again if your session is still active.

TABLE HELP CHANNELS

Get Help While You Are at the Table

If a round disconnects or a bet does not register as expected, our support team can pull the round ID and check the recorded outcome against the server log. Reach us through live chat or email — have your account username and the time of the round ready to speed things up.

Live Chat Open the chat widget from the lobby footer while a roulette session is active. Share your round ID and our team checks the outcome log directly against the dealer stream record.
Email Support Send a message with your account username, the table name and the approximate round time. We trace the server log and reply with the verified outcome and any credit adjustment needed.
Account Help If your Touch 'n Go eWallet or Boost deposit shows as pending during a live session, open your wallet transaction history and confirm the reference number matches before contacting us.

Explore Our Live Roulette Table Range

Our live roulette lobby pulls from studios including Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, which means the wheel spins are handled by certified hardware with results tracked in real time. You will find standard European tables alongside faster-paced Speed Roulette variants where rounds complete in under a minute. Bet history, hot and cold numbers, and neighbour bet panels sit right on screen so

you can track patterns without losing your place. Players in Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya reach the lobby through the browser with no extra software needed — the same account you use for Live Baccarat or Football Sportsbook works here without logging in again.

Live Roulette Terms Explained

New to the wheel or just want to double-check a term before placing your next bet? These plain-language definitions cover the mechanics and betting language you will actually see at the table.

01
What is European Roulette?

A roulette variant with a single zero pocket on the wheel, giving 37 total pockets. The single zero lowers the house edge compared to the American version with two zero pockets.

02
What does 'neighbour bet' mean in live roulette?

A neighbour bet covers a specific number plus the two or three numbers sitting directly beside it on the physical wheel, not the table layout. Useful for tracking wheel sectors across multiple spins.

03
What is a straight-up bet?

A single bet placed on one exact number, paying 35 to 1 if the ball lands on that number. It carries the highest payout of any standard roulette bet type on the table.

04
What does RTP mean for live roulette?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of all wagered money a game returns over a large number of rounds. We only display figures the studio or provider officially publishes for each variant.

05
What is Speed Roulette?

A live roulette format where the betting window and spin cycle are shortened, completing a round in roughly 25 seconds. Same wheel rules apply; the pace is simply faster than a standard table.

06
What is the La Partage rule?

A rule on some European tables that returns half your even-money bet if the ball lands on zero. It effectively halves the house edge on outside bets and is shown in the table info panel where it applies.

Common Questions About Live Roulette at tony99

Here are the questions we get asked most often about how live roulette works in our lobby — from joining a table for the first time to understanding how bets are settled in your account.

Log in to your account, head to the Live Casino section and select any roulette table. Your account wallet balance — topped up via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay — is used directly to place bets.

Yes. The lobby lets you exit one table and open another without a full page reload. Your account balance updates between sessions, and the bet history for each table is logged separately.

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by table and are shown on the table preview card before you enter. Speed Roulette and standard European tables often carry different limits — check the info panel at the table.

If you disconnect after the betting window closes, your bet is still live. The round result is recorded server-side, and any winnings are credited to your account wallet automatically when you reconnect.

Winnings from live roulette rounds settle instantly to your account wallet balance, the same way slot payouts do. You can then withdraw to your GrabPay or DuitNow account after completing the standard verification step.

The roulette lobby is fully accessible through your mobile browser — no separate download needed. The table interface resizes for smaller screens, and all bet types including neighbour bets remain available on mobile.
